Our staff includes:

Tara E. Thornton - Tara is our head teller and has been with the credit union for more than 5 years. She is one of the most friendly and courteous representatives you will find at Hamilton Horizons and can assist you in your daily transactions and answer any questions you may have concerning an IRA, Money Market, Certificate of Deposit, or opening new accounts. All of our member service staff are available to help you post loan payments, make a deposit or withdrawal on any of your accounts and answer your general membership questions.

Leta E. Rivera - Leta is our top Member Service Representative and will welcome you and your family into our credit union family. She is professional and thorough with all aspects of your membership here at Hamilton Horizons. She is the person to speak with when it comes to the specific details or questions about our account. Leta is committed to answering all of your financial questions, from helping you establish a new or special account such as youth accounts and trust accounts, as well as assisting you with a new IRA, Certificate of Deposit, or your order for an ATM or Visa Check card.

Dinelle M. Rinaldi - Dinelle is our Community Development Coordinator and has been in the financial industry since 2002. Dinelle's financial background started with a local community bank as a teller with no past banking experience. With hard work and dedication she quickly moved up to handling the daily functions with in the office along with conducting business development in which she would attend bank functions and events outside of the average work schedule if needed. Dinelle hopes to bring the past knowledge and experience she has had to good use with us.

Mary Kay Allison - Mary Kay is instrumental to our Accounting & Collections operation. Known by many of our members as "Mrs. Allison" and to her friends as "MK" she is the heart of our accounting department. Mary Kay is available to answer any questions you may have concerning your loan payments or obligations.


Barb McCormick - Barb is our newest Member Service Representative at the Credit Union. She is very personable and offers over 20 years of experience in the financial services field. Barb is committed to answering all of your financial questions; from helping you establish a new or special account such as youth or trust accounts, as well as assisting you with a new IRA or Certificate of Deposit. She will also assist you with questions on VISA Credit and Debit Cards, ACH and loans.

Fred H. Hilbmann, III - Fred is our Operations Manager and also coordinates front office responsibilities. He is available to answer your questions about Hamilton Horizons membership, our promotions and will assist you in opening new accounts. Fred also handles many of the back office accounting operations, working alongside our CFO Lisa MacIntosh.

Jim D'Alonzo - Jim is our Business Services and Lending Manager is a veteran in the lending business with more than 20 years experience behind him. Jim is involved in all aspects of customer service can answer any of your membership or lending questions. He is also the key staff member responsible for servicing the needs of our Business account members and coordinates with the Marketing Manager to grow the credit union through efforts in business development among our community.

Lisa MacIntosh - A charter employee of Hamilton Horizons, Lisa is our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and began working for the credit union as a teller during her college years before moving on to work for a top accounting firm. Today, Lisa oversees all the financial operations of the Credit Union, and is also responsible for the human resources and benefits needs for the staff.

Cindy Rein-Zima - President & Chief Executive Officer, Cindy has been with Hamilton Horizons since our transition from IMD Federal Credit Union and has more than 20 years experience working in the credit union industry.

Cindy is actively involved in all aspects of the credit union from operational issues, to business development and community involvement, to member service. Cindy is also active on the state and national levels promoting the credit union movement to legislators and policy makers in Trenton and Washington DC. Her friendliness and enthusiasm make it easy for members to get to know her and witness her dedication to the success of the credit union.
